Studying the Chinese language is a difficult matter. I am also trying myself in it. But with the correct tools it becomes quite enjoyable. This is a completely free chinese-english dictionary for windows. The dictionary uses a custom look up algorithm I develop for quite some time now. I update it as my requirements change.

The dictionary is designed for ultra fast lookup and displays results as you type. Almost every control is documented using some fancy balloon tip function. It minimizes to the tray and has a memory footprint of less than 40 MB.
